In my art, I am primarily engaged with manual, freehand creation, focusing on the field of figurative representation. During my university years, I experimented with both manual and digital media, which I initially approached separately and later combined in my practice. For me, the fusion of these two techniques embodies new contemporary directions and modes of expression in my work.
I am particularly interested in the organic relationship between history and the individual, as well as the tensions that may arise from it. As a result, military themes have become an integral part of my artistic practice, where the recurring motif of “Soldiers” appears as a symbol representing the inner struggles and value systems of the individual.
For me, every artwork is the outcome of inner processes unfolding in the subconscious, where we ourselves are the army, the ally, the enemy, and the battlefield. My works are mostly created using mixed techniques: I reproduce, resize, and arrange my hand drawings or paintings in the digital space, thereby enabling the creation of an infinite number of compositional variations.
